Mayor of the village of Canondale. He murdered his wife, Laurina Hezer through cyanide poisoning in order to romantically pursue Esyll Cramore. As Azenwrath nears Canondale in the Lesser of Many Evils module, Seffirin interprets the odd events it causes about town to be the result of Laurina's vengeful ghost.[1]
