Señor Hector Elissar Ramirez was loyal servant of Lord Eowyn Theone and steward/caretaker of Eldron Manor and Theone's noble estates as well as Theone's head barrister. Mr. Alistair Charoan serves as clerk under Señor Ramirez's supervision. Señor Ramirez is a loyal and dutiful servant, having managed Theone's estate for many years[1], even after two decades of his master's absence on some purported adventure[2]. Señor Ramirez has long been aware of his lord's preoccupation with immortality and believes Theone eventually met a person with its secrets[1]
On the night of what would have been Lord Theone's hundreth and first birthday[3], Señor Ramirez hosted a private auction of Theone's special items and antiquities[4]. Señor Ramirez composed the guest list from a carefully researched group of Theone's former friends and rivals. Although acting upon the orders Lord Theone left behind., Señor Ramirez also held the auction for personal reasons. He hoped to gain the secrets of immortality from one of the guests in order to alleviate the effects of his failing health[1].
