Scrags Gallant is an NPC from Hour of the Knife. He is a legerdemainist, with a passion for card tricks, and a con man generally. He operates in Paridon. Treech Gallant, reputed to be the head of a shadowy thieves' guild in Paridon, is his brother. Scrags may have his nephew, Tim, have attempt to pickpocket those distracted by his performance.[1]
He is probably part of the shadowy thieves' guild that Treech is reputed to lead.
