Scartia Krutz

Scartia Krutz is a stocky Gundarakite woman who worked a tax collector with Eugen Adi for Burgomaster Ivan Randovich.[1] Following the death of the burgomaster and the rest of the ruling council of Orașnou, Scartia Krutz was by default put in charge of running the village and managing all its taxes required by Strahd. These are tasks Krutz struggles to accomplish.[2] Krutz has a basset hound named Frederick[1]
