Sabag

Marked by a face resembling a fiend, Sabag the ghoul lord is a serial killer whom considers his horrific murder to be high art. He uses his shapeshifting abilities to assume the forms of those he kills to promote as much horror in further victims, both in the waking world and that of their dreams. He considers his entire domain to be fair game for his grisly games.
