Saabor (pop. 300) is the community with the largest number of people in Agonia.[1] By 3rd Edition standards, it is still a hamlet.
The mayor of Saabor is the closest thing to a temporal leader that the domain has. The current mayor is Judge Dermot, a popular man though one of ill health. Breton is in charge of the town's constables.[2]
The hamlet has one temple, the Temple of Mideen, led by High Priestess Simone Claire.[2]
