Ricardo

Ricardo the Zombie Master is a darklord and governor of one of the city-state domains in the Weeping Ruins cluster. He has the ability to control (and therefore keep at bay) the zombie hordes that roam the lands and thereby can command the respect (and fear) of his subjects. However, a new breed of sentient zombie has began to pop up; these are resistant to his control.
