Rafe Willowand

Rafe Willowand is swash-buckler and wanderer of all Ravenloft, even outside the Core. It is unknown how he gets around so easily, though those who have met him believe he could not possibly be working alone. He is an expert marksman with his darts, which he even claims have the power to absolutely eradicate undead with just a single dart.
