Raayid

The ghul who inhabits the territory near the Lonely Fortress in southeastern Pharazia. She spends much of her time dormant, but she awakens occasionally to feed upon the people of Almakan.

Raayid also has an arrangement with a nomad clan which lives nearby. They send her a handsome young man whenever she requests one, and otherwise she does not prey upon them. Sometimes a red-eyed infant is abandoned outside of the sheikh's tent. Such infants are raised as members of the clan and often become sheikh in time.
