Quallan[1] is an NPC from the module When Black Roses Bloom, where he can serve as a guide and liaison to the other, more xenophobic elves. Quallan is elven resident of Sithicus affected by Lord Soth's addiction to the Memory Mirrors. He tried to escape Sithicus in the wake of that domain's oncoming dissolution and into Valachan, but he was struck by a delusion of dread treant]]s invading Sithicus by order of Baron Urik von Kharkov. Henceforth, he fled back into Sithicus and began losing his memory.
Quallan was a friend of Krenthalla's prior to her death.
