Mentioned in Dance of the Dead (Novel), the cemetary for Port d'Elhour is composed of various tombs. Normal buried graves are unfeasible in Souragne due to Souragne's marshy nature causing gravediggers to hit water after three feet of digging. Souragne's nobility, wealthy, and professional warriors all have their own tombs, but even no-name rabble are interred in sarcophagi group tombs. One such tomb is commonly known as Rogue's Rest.[1]

In addition to the tombs and stone sarcophagi, the cemetery is dotted with oak, elm, and cedar trees. The cemetery is protected by iron gates.[1]

Description in the Souragne Gazetteer

Located in Port d'Elhour. Although funeral ceremonies are held here, the dead are not buried but instead left for the Lord of the Dead to claim as his own. The wealthy may put their dead in mausoleums, but the groundwater prevents the deceased to be buried under open air.[2]

Along Tristepas road there is a very old and huge oak tree called Vieil Branch. Sometimes thought to be a loa, supplicants leave clothing on it to earn favor from their ancestors.[2]
