Philibert Antus (born 718 BC)[1] is the current director of the Hospital for the Alienated, having assumed that role in 748 BC[2] after his father Joachim Antuns's semi-retirement. Philibert's therapeutic and curative techniques are considerably more brutal than his rather compassionate father's were. Philibert tends to rely upon very invasive and often cruel techniques such as the lobotomy. He even induces diseases in patients such that he can discover and record the ways to cure them. Philibert has been keeping much of his work hidden from his father, causing Joachim no end of distress. Naturally, this has left them on poor terms with each other.[3]
