Petar is a rare redhead giomorgo. He is the grandson of Madame Ursula, an elderly vistani woman. Petar and his grandmother live as outcasts among the Vistani due to Petar's hair color- it is considered a freakish disfigurement by most Vistani.[1]
Like redheads of Forfarian descent, Petar has some impressive innate magical abilities, but he will not discover them until he has visited Forlorn. He also unknowingly carries a magic sword, a unique hornblade +1.[2]
