Peleron Solthol is one of the elders of Twinmoon Sanctuary in Avonleigh. Although he is certainly no Moonshadow, nonetheless he is probably the least conservative of the elders.[1]
Peleron quietly worships Belenus according to the old ways as they were before Elena Faith-hold twisted the faith. The worship of Belenus has not been explicitly forbidden within Twinmoon Sanctuary, but Peleron's active worship of that deity would disturb his fellow elders.[1]
