Peace

Peace was a Barovian enchantress specialized in love potions and charms. She grew paranoid about the possibility of magical seduction and manipulation, and created Peace's Pin as protection. Shortly thereafter, she met and fell in love with a woodsman, but grew jealous of the attention he paid her apprentice. She killed the two of them and was executed for their murders. This cycle has been repeated by every owner of the accursed pin; it is unclear as to whether the curse caused the original murders or vice versa.
