Papa Santos, the Dealer, is the highly jovial but entirely callous darklord of an unnamed domain of endless thrills and pleasures. He is a drug dealer and pimp who uses intoxicants and pleasures of the flesh to enthrall and enslave. However, none of his products can truly assuage his own personal torments.
