Owl Cliffs

According to legends of the hillfolk of Sanguinia, two young women once flung themselves from the cliffs now known as the Owl Cliffs. Although they were in love, they were already betrothed to others. They ran away, but their families pursued them. Feeling cornered, the lovers leapt over the cliffs. However, rather than plunging to their deaths, they were transformed into snowy owls and flew away together.
