Omar ibn Qadir was the sheikh of the Pharazian nomads who claimed Tawiel Akhdar. He was married to Johara bint Kalila al Asima. However, when Mukhtar el Wafid took over Tawiel Akhdar, he killed Omar ibn Qadir.[1]
