Old Cypress was a plantation owned by the LaLaurie Family. It has lied abandoned by the living since the demise of the LaLaurie Family in 711 BC. Alvina, the family maid, murdered of Nanette LaLaurie, Nadine LaLaurie, and Verette LaLaurie. After she was executed, Baptiste LaLaurie committed suicide. The manor may be haunted if the Ghosts of Old Cypress dread possibility is in play.[1]
