Nira Delamane is a Vampyre who lives in Falkovnia. She has been involved in manipulating the Falkovnian military and adventurers to go after Jander Sunstar as revenge for the latter's hunting of vampyres.[1]
She also tried to manipulate adventurers into unwittingly assisting her hunt Runold so that she could finish her rite of passage. She often pretends to be a priest of Ligra the Merciful.[2]
