Nikhil Gupta is the Raja of Muladi, that is, he is the secular leader of that city, appointed by High Priestess Abhra Odja of the Temple of Rudri. As of 760 BC, he has served for nearly twelve years, an unusually long time. He has been maintained in his position because he has proven to be a capable leader.[1]
