Mortimer Filigree can be encountered at Ebeneezer's Emporium in Widow's Peak (Town). He bears a necklace of fireballs rigged go off when he perishes. Although belligerent and rude to newcomers, Mortimer can be placated by the offer of coin.[1] His relation to Ebeneezer Bugface is unknown.
