Prerequisites: ability to cast 3rd level spells, must have failed at least one Powers Check
By using a full round action and making a Concentration check, you can exert a limited ability to shape fog and clouds, potentially even affecting magically created variants, but never the Mists of Ravenloft themselves. Mist Shaping could potentially be used to inflict Horror Checks. People who witness you using this feat treat you as if you out an Outcast Rating of 3.[1]
