Otto Belview is an NPC from the 5th Edition module Curse of Strahd. He is one of the Belview Family. As such, he is an insane mongrelfolk that lives in the Abbey of Saint Markovia with the other mongrelfolk. He hides in the well of the abbey and likes murder[1]
