Katerina Meleyan[1] is one of the Sisters Meleyan and as such, operates the occult shop We Sisters Three with her sisters Tanya Meleyan and Natasha Meleyan. If the We Shifters Three dread possibility is in effect, the three sisters are not sisters at all but instead a trio of shapeshifting monsters and serial killers that prey on single monster hunters and adventurers and then sell their magic items at their shop. In this case, Katerina is actually a dread doppelganger (real name: Marelb, who gains protection and stability from the alliance with her "sisters".
