Madame Sejourné (NPC)

Along with her husband and urborn child, Madame Sejourné perished in the Haitian slave revolts of the late eighteen century. In life, she was a plantation owner. In death, she is a vengeful banshee (third magnitude ghost). She still haunts her residence to this day.
