Lomar Gojanovic is a darkling, who now goes by the alias Brissel.[1] He is a former member of the Gojanovic Vistani tribe who was cast out for stealing the Tarokka Deck of his sister Vianchi Gojanovic and murdering her after she cursed him.[2]
Lomar sought to use Dr. van Richten's hatred of the Vistani to manipulate him and some adventurers into murdering his tribe and retrieving his son Kinar Gojanovic from his wife Sashine Gojanovic.[3]
Lomar resides in Tepest.[2] He has the knowledge of crafting a jeshka[4]. He carries an assortment of potent poisons and magical items.[5]
