Laszlo's Whip of Warning

When he was alive, Laszlo Vaduva wielded a Whip of Warning with the typical abilities of said item. It is, however, gruesome in appearance: consisting of a thorny, decaying vine, a handle made of some strange purple wood, and an amber pommel containing a rapidly moving eyeball.[1]
