Larossa Baru is a kindly resident of Tor Gorak and Dellis Baru's mother. Larossa is looked up to as a figure of respect and informal leader by the folks who live in Tor Gorak because of her charity and the social ties she has carefully constructed. She keeps several secret stashes of goods and money able to be lent or given to those whom need it. Larossa keeps the Daggers bribed, which has thus far kept her from being punished by the law.[1]
