Katarina Shelley is a Tepestani Hallowed Witch who simultaneously battles the depredations of both the Tepestani Inquisition and Sorcerous Witches. Her family was massacred while she was on a hunt for some ravaging plains dogs in Nova Vaasa. She vents her pent-up wrath upon the target she is hunting.[1]
