Kassandra

Kassandra was a high ranking member, and perhaps even the guildmaster, of the thieves' guild of Toyalis. Following the death of Cordova, she called for the take down of Julio in retaliation for this treachery.[1]
At present Kassandra is not the guildmaster, that being Verena Lols.[2]
