Kasim al-Darwish

Kasim al-Darwish is an alchemist that runs a stall out of a garishly decorated tent in the Midnight Market. Although he demonstrates an inoffensive and humble- even obsequious- manner of behavior, there is some evidence he is more than what he appears. In addition to his predatory aura and claws, he accepts human flesh as part of the payment for his services.
