Kami (NPC)

Kami seems to be only a normal (though highly attractive and charismatic) Rokuma woman, but is in fact an assassin and vampire of a special type, capable of controlling her or other peoples' hair and using it to murder people. She has something of a code of honor, in that she usually refrains from killing innocents, though not always.
