Jessica de Nanaea is one of Nanea's Grandchildren, a group of crime lords that preside over the vice businesses indulging the base whims of Port d'Elhour's lower classes. Jessica owns many of the businesses that provide for such vices. She may also be an informant for Anton Misroi and one of the few who knows Anton's entire past.[1]
Jessica lives with his relative and fellow crime lord Antoine de Nanaea in a manor in Port d'Elhour.[2]
