Jess, the self-named "Left Hand of God", is a corrupt and delusional sheriff and darklord of a domain patterned after the Wild West. He has the power to command the perceptions and minds of those around him with powerful psionics, but his own perceptions are warped by grandiose delusions of angels and fiends[1].
Inspirational Basis
Jess seems to be patterned after Jesse Custer of the Preacher comics and TV series.
