Minor character from Carnival of Fear. One of the harlequins of Carnival l'Morai[1]
At the end of Carnival of Fear, all the freaks and performers of Carnival l'Morai rebelled against the Puppetmaster. Many of the circus performers died, though many also escaped through the Mists. Jerome's fate is not specifically specified, but it he survived, he may have gone on to join Isolde's Carnival (Society).
