Jacob Garvin

Jacob Garvin was the father of the Garvin Family. He was a farmer who lived near Valden in Mordent. He was married to his wife Matilda Garvin and had two children, Dean Garvin and Betty Garvin.

Jacob's obsessed xenophobia caused him to create the Jacob Garvin Scarecrow in order to keep trespassers away. However, it eventually killed the entire Garvin Family save for Betty. It is a possibility, however small, that Jacob survived, because his body was never found.
