Ireena Vladimir was the first wife of Gregor Zolnik and daughter of Duke Andrei Vladimir. Thinking her husband's covert nightly absences reflected an adulterous romance with another woman, Ireena took a lover of her own in retaliation. When Gregor discovered Ireena's romance, Gregor killed both Ireena and her lover, then the innocent maid that came to investigate his screams. Driven into a blood frenzy, Gregor killed everyone else in the castle, including Duke Andrei. This caused Vorostokov to become a domain in the Demiplane of Dread.[1]
