Incitatus is Floating Pocket domain and a physical island. It contains the ruined city of Misenos. No people permanently live in the fog-shrouded, sterile ruins of Misenos, save for the bussengeist and darklord Ahasveros.[2]
The civilization of Misenos was formerly a city classified as Classical Cultural Level (4), but it had wonders well beyond that age. Unfortunately, one of these wonders, the Adamas Machine, destroyed of all of its other wonders with the power of the sea.[3]
