Mentioned in Curse of Strahd. A land from the same outlander world as Barovia. Many of the knights who fought for the Order of the Silver Dragon against Strahd heralded from there. Now that Barovia has long become a domain, the kingdom is lost beyond the Mists. The Oath Celestial is a devotional book originating in that kingdom.[1]
