A salient ability of the Walking Dead most often associated with the Restless Dead. The trademark of the jolly roger, this special ability afflicts victims within a 30 ft. radius Tasha's Hideous Laughter if a Will Save is failed. When used as a touch attack, the victim must make a Fortitude save or suffer the same but also take Constitution drain each round[1]
