Har-Thelen

One of the major "cities" of Sithicus, Har-Thelen is demographically only a village. However, it is located at the heart of Sithicus, and of the Sithican communities, foreign trade and commerce move through here the most often. Har-Thelen also has the most heterogeneous population of races. In addition,Har-Thelen has been the hardest oppressed by Azrael Dak, though its citizens have nonetheless attempted to break free of his control. The previous characteristics make people label Har-Thelen as the capital of Sithicus.
