Hannah Singer is a performer who resides in Brasov and is one of the Heirs of the Piper. She knows the Ballad of the Master Builder well (and she has some knowledge of the dark truth behind the morbid song.) She in turn has received some attention from Manole the Master Builder, who may visit Brasov some time in the not too distant future.
