Mentioned in Forged of Darkness but never given any sort of game statistics or detail beyond rumored powers, the Hand of Silence is a type of dread magic item and Hand of Power that is said to be used by thieves to put their victims to sleep. However, if the Hand is destroyed while lit, its user may succumb to eternal slumber.[1]
