Mentioned in forged of Darkness but never given full game statistics or even detailed beyond a few rumors. This artifact is rumored to exist in Kalidnay, where it is used by the psions there. However, its use exposes its user to magical viruses.[1]
How this Hand of Power came to exist in a domain where hags are not known to have a huge presence is unknown.
