Grimalkin the Breathstealer (NPC)

Grimalkin is a breathstealer, a cat-like shadow fey that steals the breath of the sleeping and the unconscious. How she originated is unknown, but she manifests only in domains connected to the Shadow Rift, primarily in Tepest and Darkon. Her appearance is a hybrid of cat and goblin features.
