Goblin Beast Template

The Goblin Beast template is a template applicable to animals or vermin. The type changes to Magical Beast. The CR of a goblin beast is one higher than the base creature stock, and any goblin beasts derived from vermin lose the Mindless special quality. Creatures with the goblin beast template are always evil.[1]
