The Gibbering Moon is a hideous, moon-shaped abomination about 100 ft. in diameter with a humanoid face marked by insanity. It emerges on moonless nights hanging high in the air gibbering with laughter. Its light causes many different strange events and maladies to occur. It is not known if the Gibbering Moon is a Unique Monster or if multiple exist.[1]
