Formally a necromancer king, adventurers prevented Gedhem from becoming a full lich, slew him, and beheaded his corpse. Gedhem is now a Rosh-Peger (Lich's Head), residing in Tepest. Allied with The Three Hags. Has recruited undead from The City of the Dead.
