Foedus (born 717 BC in Sidnar) is a caliban wizard and minor vassalich minion of Azalin in Darkon. After killing his father for refusing to take him farther in his wizard studies, Foedus asked for apprenticeship to Azalin. Azalin answered his request by turning him into a vassalich. Although Azalin does not think highly of Foedus, he does send him out to far off places to fetch things from time to time.[1]
